What separates myself from other service providers is both my unique approach to my customers as well as my extremely high skill set. First, while most tuners see themselves in the business of servicing pianos, I actually look at it very differently. I am in the business of making my customers happy – I just so happen to use piano skills to do so! This is a subtle distinction but makes a significant difference in how I service the pianos in my care.
I am a concert piano technician.
Which means my set of skills is capable of satisfying even the most demanding concert pianists (see my bio for the artists that have been pleased with my service). And, I bring that same skill set into the home setting. Combining these two means that I customize the very best skill to whatever makes you most happy for your piano. Instead of a one-size-fits-all or a textbook “all or nothing” approach, I assess what your piano needs and what you want and find a way to balance them both. And with over a quarter century of experience, you can trust that I know how to do this very well.
